There are various exercises we should do to try and keep our brains healthy and active and to try to slow up the onset of Alzheimer’s Disease and other age related issues… The colour test is just one type of test, do it until you get 100%. Apparently it usually takes an average of 5 tries before people can manage 100% (took me 3 goes). Follow the directions carefully, it’s harder than it seems.
