Having written on the subject of ‘drink/driving’ before (see previous post), I am somewhat heartened to see the latest news;
Report calls for drink-drive limit to be reduced – Ministers have been urged to cut the drink-drive limit by nearly half in a government-commissioned report. (BBC News)
There are also schools of thought who say the drink limit should actually be zero, which I probably subscribe to so… Why not ban all drink-driving?
240610 PS. It’s good to see the local Constabulary supports a drink/drive limit reduction however, it’s also a concern that some see this as some sort of political gesture, as opposed to a road safety one?
